About Battersea Park

Formed in 2005, Battersea-park Investment Group is a Private Equity investment group that seeks venture and seed capital investment opportunities in China and China related business, identified by our selected group of strategic and financial experts.

Battersea-park primarily invests in or builds businesses with unique, scalable and competitive growth opportunities, including businesses whose products and services have the potential of gaining niche or dominant market share. We support these companies to adapt best-in-class processes and practices through innovation, operational excellence and through leadership.

Our goal is to create shareholder value, while having a positive impact on our environment and our society. We call this conscious capitalism.

Participating Partnership

We work through a selected network of investment partners, all with significant experience in private equity investments, as well as strong business and industry experience. Partners we collaborate with have a relevant stake in one of our portfolio companies; therefore we have full commitment and loyalty, as 'we all eat our own cookie'.

Active involvement

We hold a significant equity stake in every portfolio company, and additionally offer a broad range of strategic and financial services through our professionals in the advisory service group. In all participations we will have exertive Board influence or control.
