With in the Strategic Change practices we have three core areas where we support our clients to improve their business performance. We have particular experience strategic planning supported by financial value modeling to resolve shareholder value questions and strategy implementation to realize modeled value targets; we call this Value Based Management. We also have experience in redesigning and implementation of industry 'best practice' organizational structures and processes to support operational excellence, supply chain and maintenance planning processes. Apart from these two distinctive areas our Advisory Service department has also the expertise to manage radical change programs, such as Business-turn-around.

Within the Business turn around expertise we support organizations to understand: Which product/service are the most profitable? Members of the Battersea-park's Advisory Service team have recently supported DSM in their efforts to turn their 42mln annual lose making business division DSM Elastomers around to a 6mln annual profit, over a period of fourteen months.
