Venture capital investment

Battersea-park Venture Capital investment practice has recently established. Currently we're seeking to invest in established middle-market businesses with enterprise values between €1 million and €10 million through a variety of private equity transactions with our investment partners.

Regarding Venture Capital investment opportunities mainly focus on buyouts and build-ups, but we will also consider pursuing growth capital financing opportunities or prospective platform investment where the enterprise value is initially less than €1 million and the business is suitable for rapid growth through a build-up strategy (where add-on acquisitions are identifiable and achievable within the specific industry). Our Advisory Services practice experts will in this case coordinate and support the build-up strategy.

We will always participate in these investments, if necessary through a co-investment with our investment partners. We will also aim to utilize one of our professionals to play a significant management or Board of Director role in the newly acquired portfolio company.
